IT-Expert/in (m/f/d)

You ensure safe, stable and economical operation of the entire IT infrastructure and ensure IT security (e.g. access controls, patch management, monitoring). You are for the high availability of systems and services as well as for the efficient control and monitoring of external service providers incl. SLA management, contract negotiations and performance assessments. You contribute to the development of applications and the coordination of updates, releases and migration projects and are responsible for budget planning, control and cost optimization in the IT sector. You represent IT in internal and external bodies and design the IT strategy, governance, compliance (e.g. data protection, information security, standards) together with the department management. You take over the incident and change management taking into account ITIL/Best-Practice processes and actively cooperate with emergency and continuity plans (BC/DR).

You have completed university studies in the field of computer science, business information technology or comparable qualifications. You have a multi-year professional experience in the operation of large IT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud services) as well as sound knowledge in IT security, risk management, compliance and data protection. You already have experience in vendor and service management, ideal with SLA negotiations and contract management, know-how in system architecture, monitoring, backup/recovery, patch and release management as well as budget and cost awareness. You have communication strength, analytical thinking and sovereign appearance towards business management, departments and external partners, as well as a structured way of working, team skills and excellent knowledge of German and English.
