In your role as department manager (m/w/d) administration, you take over the overall responsibility for the administrative area and actively shape the further development of our structures and processes. Its task field includes in particular: responsible management and control of the entire administrative area in human and financial terms Further development and optimisation of the organization of construction and execution with the aim of efficient and transparent processes Ensuring and monitoring processes in contractual, financial and accounting Creation of business analyses and participation in budget and budget planning Preparation and technical support for payment negotiations Trustful and close cooperation with the management and active participation in the management round Care and further development of the interface to the building department management and development of administrative and technical services consistent and responsible implementation of child and care protection With your work, you create the basis for our educational offers to be implemented sustainably and effectively.

We are looking for a personality that combines professional competence with leadership and an appreciation attitude: Graduate degree: You have a completed economic or comparable degree. Leadership experience: Ideally, you will bring experience in a leading position in the administrative area and understand how to motivate, accompany and develop teams. Expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of the current MS Office applications and are open and able to work quickly into systems such as SAP, the client software TopSoz and our personal software. Organizational institution: You are characterised by a structured, solution-oriented and efficient way of working and keep track of complex tasks. Communication strength: You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level, both within your team and in cooperation with other areas.
