As a team manager (m/w/d) for the operational planning of flight, training and service operations (FASB), you are responsible for the planning of projects with your team colleagues (m/w/d) of deployment planning. The team management includes the responsibility of all specified project objectives for performance, content, time and costs. Your further tasks: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Organization of campaigns (flight, training, service...) in Germany and abroad Contact person within RTP for the planning / execution of campaigns or their status Staff allocation for the respective projects in coordination with the respective specialist team leaders (m/w/d) Cost monitoring of assigned tasks and the initiation of measures Participation in FASB's budget and resource planning

Successfully completed technical studies in the field of aerospace, electrical engineering, a degree as a state-tested technician or comparable as well as in the organisation and implementation of campaigns (flight, training, experiment) in Germany and abroad Projektmanager (m/w/d) Long-standing leadership experience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Entrepreneurial thinking and action, team skills and independent and structured work readiness to travel
