In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for an employee data management (m/w/d) at the Fürstenwalde/Spree site.

You're planning and processing the plant master data for the billing of feed-in systems - both for new plants and for changes to existing plants.

You support customer supporters: in implementing legal requirements from the EEG, KWKG and ENWG.

In case of disputes with feed-in customers, you actively participate - for example, by creating account assignments or payment certificates.

As a central interface in complaint management, you coordinate and monitor the timely processing of priority concerns.

You enter and organize functional mailboxes to ensure a structured and efficient distribution of tasks.

You bring interest in energy issues and are ready to take on special tasks in the team.

You have successfully completed a vocational training with a technical/commercial focus. In addition, you will bring knowledge and experience in the field of activity. You are versed in handling standard PC applications (MS-Office). From vocational training and subsequent stations, you bring a strong technical understanding. You are characterized by a high degree of self-initiative and communication skills. You are result-oriented and enjoy working in the team. You have a class 3 or B licence.
