Plant Engineer Coating Technology (m/f/d)

You will take care of the independent securing and availability of tools, machine and plant technology. The development of solutions for technical implementations in cooperation with the construction with a high degree of difficulty is your responsibility. Self-employed factory planning and layout including quality and logistics areas, as well as project management or Working with projects (complex error analyses, technical adjustments, etc.) is one of your tasks. You ensure the implementation of construction regulations, develop and optimize existing production processes. The technical preparation and execution of maintenance and investments of A, B and C systems are in your hands. Internal and external audits are prepared and accompanied by you, as well as support in the topics of occupational safety, cost optimization, quality assurance, and runtime reduction. The compliance and monitoring of general framework conditions/determines of calculatory and planner-type are part of your workflows. You ensure compliance with workspace requirements (BIMSchG, GefStoffV, DGUV, TRGS, BetrSichV) and perform ''On the Job Training'' (OJT).

You can present a successfully completed study in the field of mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, process engineering or comparable and a further development to the coating inspector according to FROSIO Level III. You have several years of professional experience in the processing/care of concept work and project implementations in the coating area with heavy corrosion protection. Experiences with LEAN methods (6S, ShopfloorManagement, Cause Analysis, SixSigma (Yellow Belt) etc.) you could already collect. You are familiar with blasting and different coating materials/coating processes. You can handle customer orders in technical English. A high degree of self-responsibility as well as the pleasure of regular regional or international missions are yours. You appear confidently, communicate convincingly and draw your attention through your strong team spirit.
