As a HR Manager (m/w/d), you can support our central administration in Bargeshagen near Rostock in full time in the day-to-day business around personnel master data, contracts and HR processes. You work in a growing company in cycling (bikes & e-bikes) and you are a contact person for employees and executives. You can expect an unlimited contract, an annual salary of 38,400–42,000 €, an annual bonus – and modern tools such as Personio as well as a digital time recording of BOS EDV-Service GmbH.

Your tasks

Care and maintenance of personal data and personal data in personio Creation of work contracts, contract changes, certificates and certificates Preparation of wage and salary billing in cooperation with the external wage office Care of time management and absences via the digital time recording of BOS EDV-Service GmbH Accompanying onboarding and offboarding processes and ensuring smooth processes Support in implementing personal law measures and in matters relating to standards/directives Working with HR projects (e.g. digitalization, process optimization, guidelines/processes) Support in the organisation of training, training and formats for employee talks/HR events Contact person for employees and managers with personal questions

Closed commercial training, ideally with a focus on staff Structured, careful and discreet operation with good view for deadlines and details Basic knowledge of labour law and social security and tax law Secure handling of MS Office / MS365 (especially Outlook, Excel, Word) Clear, service-oriented communication and joy in team collaboration First experience in personnel handling is a plus (e.g. master data, contracts, billing preparation) Ideally first contact points with Personio or comparable HR software (no need) The job also fits if you have worked as HR Assistant, HR Officer (administrative) or Payroll Assistant.
