Operation and further development of the Modern Workplace – You are responsible for the operation and continuous development of the Modern Workplace in a modern IT environment with several thousand terminals. Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Administration – You take over the administration and support of the Microsoft-365 and Endpoint environment, especially in the Intune (MDM), both remotely and locally. Workplace services based on Intune – you design, implement and operate workplace services based on Microsoft Intune and develop them in line with requirements. Device rollouts and lifecycle management – You plan and implement device rollouts and control the lifecycle management of end devices (e.g. Windows, iOS, Android, Autopilot). Policy and Security Management – You configure and operate guidelines for devices, compliance and security in the Endpoint environment and ensure a stable IT environment. 2nd Level Support and Troubleshooting – Analyze and Fix Disorders in the Client and Workplace environment within the 2nd Level Support. Working closely with external partners, consultants and a team of over 35 IT employees. Participation in digitalization projects – You actively contribute to exciting digitalization projects around modern work and device management.

Professional qualification and IT expertise – You have a completed training as a specialist informatics specialist*in or a completed study in the IT field and brings sound technical know-how. System Administration and Modern Workplace – You have professional experience in system administration with a focus on Modern Workplace and Endpoint Management and ensure a sustainable IT environment. Microsoft Intune and Client Management – You have good knowledge of how to deal with Microsoft Intune (MDM) as well as in Windows Client Management and use it in a targeted manner in everyday work. Microsoft-365 confession in the Workplace context – You have a basic understanding of Microsoft-365 services and their interaction to effectively support modern workplace solutions. Security and Compliance Management – You have experience in implementing device, security and compliance policies and ensure stable and secure client environments. Innovation joy and knowledge sharing – You are passionate about modern technologies, you are constantly developing and sharing your knowledge actively in the team. Structured working and self-responsibility – You work independently and always keep the stability and security of IT systems in mind. Communication and cooperation – You are convinced by communication strength in exchange with users, departments and external partners.
