As a lead (w/m/d) IT, you take over the end-to-end responsibility for the entire area at medi, develop the IT strategy and implement it and, together with your team, ensure efficient, future-proof IT structures and processes – both nationally and internationally.

You are Vordenker (w/m/d) and Designer (w/m/d) of the digital transformation: Together with the process organization, you are driving forward the digitization of our business processes and creating the conditions for new technologies to be used where You provide measurable and economically meaningful added value for the company. Design your strategy: you develop the IT strategy based on the corporate goals and ensure its consistent implementation – with a view to quality, performance and continuous development of our IT processes and structures. Connecting business and IT: You act as a strategic partner (w/m/d) for the departments, create a common understanding of requirements and priorities and ensure regular and transparent communication between IT and business. Leadership: You develop employees and, in particular, executives, promote modern and agile working methods, provide clear guidance and ensure their implementation. Economics are responsible for: You control IT with a strong entrepreneurial view, answer their economic efficiency and make investment and prioritization decisions based on benefits and sustainability. Promoting transformation: Together with the process organization, you develop and implement the strategy for digital transformation and accompany the digitization of our business processes – with the aim of creating sustainable and measurable added value for the company. KI and data scale: You identify useful applications for artificial intelligence, develop the necessary data structures together with the relevant areas and ensure that successful solutions can be scaled and used economically.

Complete study of economic informatics or a comparable qualification At least 15 years of professional experience, of which ideally 10 years of leadership experience – supplemented by well-founded experience in a larger and/or internationally established company Practice-proven competence in information technology, complex IT architectures, IT and business process management and change management You point with experience in dealing with artificial intelligence for the digital transformation of companies and business processes German and English knowledge (at least level GER C1)
