A strong sales personality with sound insurance knowledge, joy in consulting demanding customers and the desire to actively develop the insurance business is sought. Tasks Individual consulting of corporate, asset and construction finance customers on private and commercial insurance topics Analysis of individual needs, development of suitable insurance solutions and recognition of optimization potentials in existing insurance protection Technical and sales support for customer support:in addition to more complex customer talks Participation in the planning and implementation of sales measures in insurance business Practical placement of insurance knowledge and support for colleagues in customer contact Accompanying damage and performance cases including the examination of insurance cover and further processing or Coordination with the partners Profile Training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments Insurance and finance, training as a specialist:in insurance and finance or bank training with appropriate specialisation in insurance Multiannual professional experience and sound knowledge in insurance business, ideally focusing on corporate customers Specialised training, e.g. in occupational pension schemes or in industrial property insurance Embossed customer, consulting and sales orientation Self-employed, structured and result-oriented working methods as well as the joy of professional cooperation in the team What is important to you – and also to us: Attractive remuneration: A performance-oriented salary, occupational pensions and numerous additional benefits. The remuneration is governed by the tariff regulations, in particular by sections 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of the TVöD-BT-S. The place is expected to be assigned to the 9c TVöD payment group. Depending on the level of experience, the monthly gross wage is currently between € 4.010.72 and €5,527.70. In addition to the table fee, there is a variable performance-oriented remuneration as well as attractive additional tariff benefits – in particular an annual and/or Special savings banks.
