Your tasks: • Acquisition of commercial and organizational activities, such as creating, collecting and editing offers, and creating and archive files • Creation and processing of internal and external correspondence • Personal customer reception • Telephone order intake and customer support (no product advice) • Close cooperation/communication with the production/storage department • Creating mix applications in Excel • Label processing in Word • Intrastat notifications in the commodity economy system (page 100)

Your qualifications: • A completed commercial training, or several years of professional experience in commercial areas are advantageous, but not necessarily necessary • Organizational and clear customer orientation • Good MS Office knowledge • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing • In addition, English language skills are desired
