Your field of activity is in our electronics production: Here you can take over, among other things, the soldering and resolving of BGA building blocks with a modern rework station. You are also responsible for performing precision work under the stereo microscope. As part of the quality control, check hidden soldering sites with the X-ray device and document the corresponding results. The operation of the systems, in particular the automatic optical inspection (AOI), is also part of your task; You will also evaluate the test images obtained. The repair of defective modules and printed circuit boards from manufacturing and customer service completes your task.

(m/w/d) or mechatronics (m/w/d) form the ideal precondition for this position. You have already been able to gain experience in BGA rework and safe working under the microscope. At best you have knowledge of rework stations, X-ray testing and AOI. Their mode of operation is characterized by high concentration, very good fine motors and high quality awareness.
