Technical support, configuration and further development of the USU ITSM platform in productive operation Analysis, Design and Implementation of ITSM Processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.) in USU Development and adaptation of workflows, forms, masks, scripts and reports Implementation of technical requirements from IT and departments in technical solutions Integration of the USU-ITSM solution into existing system landscapes (e.g. monitoring, identity management, asset management) Error analysis, bug fixation and performance optimization of the application Control operation support including 2nd-/3rd-level support Testing, quality assurance and documentation of adjustments and developments Close cooperation with process managers, service managers and external service providers

a completed study of computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification . Multiannual experience in operating and/or developing USU IT Service Management or comparable ITSM tools . sound knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes. Experience in the configuration and customization of the USU platform . Knowledge of script and application development within USU (preferably Python 2.7) . Experience with interfaces and integrations (REST/SOAP, Webservices) . good knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL). Knowledge of development processes (Dev Pipelines) . Plus no need: knowledge in Linux/Windows server environments and IT infrastructure
