You identify delays, differences and other deviations in the transport chain and initiate appropriate measures for their solution.

You examine and prioritize open order lines.

Your area of responsibility includes the return management and the processing of customer complaints.

You analyze relevant KPIs and performance reports.

You support the implementation of new customers in the Service & Insurance sector.

In your daily work, you will be in close contact with other DACHSER branches, our partner companies and customers.

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable professional qualification.

You ideally have relevant professional experience in a comparable position and in the forwarding sector.

You are safe in handling modern IT workstation equipment.

You like to work in the team and have a safe appearance.

You bring a high level of customer orientation, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
