We are looking for you as an employee to support our Backoffice consulting team in Freudenberg.

• Pure phone sales: You actively go to new B2B customers: inside, inspire them on the phone and bring conclusions to the target.

• Pre-qualified leads + cold acquisition: We provide you with pre-filtered contacts – but you are also not afraid to take the phone in your hands and make hot deals from cold contacts.

• Follow-Up & Completion: From leads, you make deals – from the demand determination via the supply creation to the signed order.

• Events & trade fairs: Present BEAUTEK live, conduct convincing discussions and get new contacts to the CRM. (2 x in year external)

• If necessary in our exhibition or at organised house fairs CRM & Pipeline: You keep your leads in mind, document and control your sales opportunities independently.

• You have experience in the phone acquisition and in the best case already touch points with our customer group, but is not necessary. (Quereinsteiger we also give a chance!)

• You have secure, binding and friendly communication on the phone and in written form.

• Responsible work is self-evident

• You can use the common office programs fundamentally.

• We require good German in word and writing. A self-confident note is seen
