In Customer Products, we are responsible for the product organization with product management, product design, agile work and business architecture. As a working student*in you are permanently assigned to an agile team and actively shape the cooperation and further development of our products and processes. You will get the opportunity to immerse yourself in modern product organisations, digital processes and customer-oriented work. Your tasks Support our product teams in quality assurance of digital products and processes through functional testing and regression testing

Cooperation in the design and development of new products, documents and end-to-end processes along the customer journey

Support in the creation of business cases, analyses and decision bases, as well as in the documentation of requirements and votes in Confluence

Modelling, visualization and documentation of business processes with SAP Signavio (BPMN & Process Intelligence)

Analysis of business cases and creation of reports and evaluations with SQL and Python in Databricks

Support team support in customer enquiries, technical and technical questions as well as maintenance of support cases and knowledge databases

Working on the continuous optimization of processes, processes and a modern, customer-oriented product organization with space for initiative and responsibility

Continuous studies in the field of economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable subject

First practical experiences in product management, business development, consulting, support or in the digital environment are beneficial

Interest in digital products, customer-oriented processes and the automotive and financial services industry

Structured, independent and solution-oriented working and joy in team work

Safe handling of MS Office and ideally first experiences with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SAP Signavio, SQL or Python

Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Continuous studies in the field of economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable subject
