This will be your tasks You are responsible for the management of the technical facility management, including the topics Gewerke Bau, Heating/Sanitary, Refrigeration/Climate, Building Control, Electrical Engineering and Safety Technology, as well as Safety at Work. You will ensure the maintenance of the operation and the establishment of infrastructural facilities as well as the execution of expert reviews. You control a team of ca. 20 employees including all personal decisions. The planning and implementation of infrastructure measures to optimize operating costs also falls within your task. You set the smooth operation at our 5 main locations as well as approx. 30 smaller locations secure and bear the responsibility for the destruction and maintenance of technical equipment. The coordination and selection of subcontractors for different projects are also your tasks. In your role, you also participate in projects for the continuous improvement of departmental projects, taxing and taxing larger building and rehabilitation projects in shared building responsibility. Together with the infrastructural facility management, its cross-site competence center continues to develop. You are driving sustainability issues forward and also developing new topics.
