Head of project planning of complex projects of settlement water management and development planning in the HOAI performance phases 1–7 Planning of settlement dewatering measures, including sewer networks, rainwater treatment, retention and reduction, construction water conservation and special construction works Coordination of development planning for gas, electricity, water and district heating and internal and external specialist planning Professional leadership of the project team as well as planning and managing dates, costs and resources Project controlling including target-actual comparisons as well as follow-up and risk management Participation in the acquisition and response and negotiation partnership for clients, authorities and planning stakeholders Quality assurance, documentation of planning progress and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, standards and regulations

Complete studies in civil engineering or environmental engineering, preferably with a focus on urban water management, water management or water engineering – or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in planning or project management in the area of settlement water management or Development planning knowledge of HOAI and relevant legal, technical and technical regulations; Knowledge of BGB and VOB are helpful for your tasks Communication and negotiation skills in exchange with clients, authorities, specialist planning and other project participants Own initiative and the ability to manage projects and project teams structured and binding Required software knowledge: CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, ProVI), tender software (iTWO), MS Office
