The RSAG AöR is the municipal waste management company in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis with its 19 cities and municipalities. It serves approximately 600,000 inhabitants and well 11,000 customers in trade, industry and business with an extensive disposal offer. At RSAG, around 650 people work at eight different locations for sustainable and future-oriented waste management. We are looking for our logistics location Swisttal-Miel as soon as possible (m/w/d) The place is for the first time limited to 3 years.

You are responsible for the economic and regulatory operation of the logistics site Swisttal-Miel. You organize, plan and control all tasks at the site. You lead, motivate and develop the employees of the site. You are responsible for compliance with all relevant legal regulations, in particular occupational safety and accident prevention regulations. You control, plan and optimize the use of vehicles, personnel and equipment. You conduct job interviews, employees and group talks, while You always keep an eye on an appraisal approach. You plan operations, holidays and training. You coordinate external service providers and foreign companies. You shall report regularly to the superior. You contribute to budget and investment planning.

You have a completed commercial training. You bring several years of leadership experience, ideally in the area of logistics or municipal waste collection. You have good knowledge of relevant legal standards and regulations. You have a strong organizational talent and the ability to entrepreneurial thinking or Action.
