Your tasks ️ Override the personnel responsibility for our project managers:inside and coordinate our electronics:inside at the Stuttgart site. ☀️ Responsibility for photovoltaic production as well as electric pre-works for heat pumps and service applications for existing customers. Analyze and optimize processes to ensure smooth project execution. Vote with network operators and find individual technical solutions for special cases. Actively promote the professional and personal development of your team. Your profile You have a completed training in electrical engineering. You have completed a training as a craftsman:in (electrical engineering) or industrial master:in (including TREI) successfully. You bring several years of professional experience in the construction field as well as first leadership experience. You have experience in coordinating with network operators and ideally know-how in photovoltaics and heat pumps. You convince with a strong hands-on mentality and move safely into dynamic structures.
