Product Manager End-of-Arm Solutions in Robotics (m/f/d)

Your tasks - shape the future together: Strategic partnerships in the field of end-of-arm solutions are of central importance for the development of robotic solutions at Würth. The aim of this position is to develop end-of-arm solutions together with partners, with which existing customer applications can be converted into robotic processes by incorporating Würth C parts. You observe the market for end-of-arm solutions, evaluate technologies, market potentials and scalability, creating the basis for strategic decisions in building the solution portfolio. You identify, qualify and acquire strategic partners for the joint development of sustainable and scalable end-of-arm solutions and jointly define development goals for successful cooperation. In doing so, you create technical specifications and requirement documents for common developments and ensure a structured translation of market, customer and partner requirements into implementable solutions. You provide grippers, tool attachments and other end-of-arm solutions for different application scenarios in crafts and in SMEs and accompany the construction and validation of prototypes in real application environments. In addition, you work closely with universities, internal departments and external development partners and drive new technological approaches in a targeted way. For trade fairs, customer appointments and partner talks, you represent Würth professionally.

Your profile - grow together: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring together several years of experience in the technical and commercial coordination of partner developments in the field of end-of-arm solutions and have profound knowledge in the design and specification of grippers or tool connections. In addition, you have experience in creating technical requirement documents for development partnerships and understand how to bring together technical, economic and partnership-related requirements in a targeted manner. Knowledge of craftsmanship as well as an understanding of C-part applications in the handicraft environment are advantageous as You help you better understand real customer requirements and usage scenarios. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office; CAD basic knowledge, for example in SolidWorks, as well as experience with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence are desirable. Ideally, you also have a project management certification, such as PMP, IPMA or Scrum Master. Personally, you are convinced by team skills, communication strength, curiosity and willingness to learn for new technologies. Also in a dynamic building environment you act resilient, structured and with pronounced hands-on mentality. Local travel to national customers, partners and trade fairs are of course for you. Very good German and English knowledge of at least B2 level in word and writing complete your profile.
