In production, you serve and equip modern CNC-controlled punching and bending systems and ensure precise machining of high-quality metal components. You serve and align CNC-controlled EHRT punching and bending systems for machining metal components. The punching and changing of different punching tools as well as the preparation of the machines for the respective production orders are your tasks. According to technical drawings, work instructions and production specifications, you carry out punching and bending work independently. You control the manufactured components by visual and quality testing and ensure compliance with the specified quality requirements. You take the material delivery and internal transport by means of forklifts of workpieces and materials. In addition, you support maintenance, cleaning and easy maintenance work on the equipment used. In all work, you consistently respect the applicable work, quality and environmental requirements.

Ideally, you already have experience in metal processing, industrial production or operation of production machines. A completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d), Teilzurichter (m/w/d) or Fachkraft für Metalltechnik (m/w/d) is desirable, but no prerequisite. (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience, technical understanding and craft skills are also welcome. Experience in operating and brushing punching and bending systems, ideally from EHRT, as well as in handling punching tools is desirable. With the PC you are sure to go; first knowledge in SAP is beneficial. You bring a valid fork certificate. You are physically resilient and work carefully, reliable and quality-conscious. You will receive an employment contract with an over-tariff salary and industry supplements according to IG-Metal/Electric collective agreement.
