You are the first contact person on site for users at Kiel and Lübeck locations on questions and problems related to IT end devices The installation, preparation, delivery and delivery of terminals are in your hands Analyzes and fixes faults in the terminal environment – hands-on and solution-oriented You participate in the software distribution as well as in the patch and update management of terminals and process incoming tickets structured via the central IT service system If necessary, you coordinate external service providers and accompany their operations on site Together with the cross-site IT service team, you actively contribute to the professional exchange and further development of the services For the support of the Kiel and Lübeck sites you are regularly on the move

Complete vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist informatics (d/m/w) for system integration, IT system electronics (d/m/w) or comparable Funded knowledge in the operation and support of Windows end devices (Windows 11) and ideally first experience with macOS end devices Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Services, MS Defender and BitLocker is desirable Knowledge of software distribution and device management (e.g. Intune, Matrix42 or A.) and ideally first touch points with PowerShell, scripting or automated installations A solution, service and customer-oriented working style as well as communication strength and reliability in direct contact with users Good German language and writing (at least B2 level) are provided Class B licence is required as regular journeys between locations are necessary
