Own-sponsored management of demanding special-depth projects - from work preparation to project completion Management of projects with regard to costs, dates, quality, contracts and cost-effectiveness Management and operational planning of the construction site teams as well as technical guidance of the construction managers:inside Coordination and monitoring of specialist offices, suppliers, subcontractors and other project participants Control of construction sequence, construction site result, work calculation and scheduling Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal standards Negotiations with contracting entities and subcontractors as well as the design and enforcement of subordinates Creation and testing of bills, work calculations and project reports Use of modern project methods such as LEAN, BIM and Shopfloor management

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in construction or project management, ideally in special depth construction Class B travel and driving licence Secure handling of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of RIB iTWO are advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Engaged, reliable and team-oriented operation Safe, binding appearance and entrepreneurial thinking and action
