• You are available to our tenants:inside for concerns and topics about living

• You organize your own working day on site in the stock assigned to you, take appointments with our tenants: inside true and perform visual and functional controls

• They ensure that order and cleanliness in the residential areas is guaranteed and delegate defects to the corresponding service providers

• You control and document the work of our internal and external service providers (e.g. maintenance of external systems, staircase cleaning, winter service)

• Your local activities also include the acceptance and transfer of our apartments

• You have good German language skills in word and writing, other foreign language skills are of advantage
