During the internship, you will strengthen our team in various tasks and become an important part of our firm workflows. In this team you work: What makes our team special within MP? We are MP/OE and are responsible for the global purchase of energy and the purchase of charging infrastructure, fuels and chemicals. In addition, we design numerous transformation processes with our specialist departments and suppliers to ensure optimal procurement in the future. The aim is to generate real added value, i.e. we guarantee optimal prices and security of supply in the Group. We are a strategic partner for our departments. During the 6-month internship, you will strengthen our team in various tasks and become an important part of our firm workflows. It is important for us to actively integrate you into the team. In addition to our office in Stuttgart-Wangen, we also work together from the home office and are therefore very often communicating with you via Microsoft teams. With this internship you will definitely have the chance to further develop your skills in the digital tools. Your Challenge: The following tasks will accompany you in your daily work with us in your shopping. In addition, we offer you the opportunity to get to know more exciting topics about the purchase of energy. Operational Purchasing: Pick-up of supplier offers, create offer comparisons and editing of purchase contracts for required goods/services at suppliers, taking into account the purchasing guidelines and strategy of MP

Strategic Purchasing: cooperation in project topics, negotiation with suppliers of contract conditions and participation in the creation of purchasing strategies

Own-responsible, cross-functional tasks: support for buyers and team management in the implementation of ongoing projects

Analysis of complex situations and processes: preparing purchasing decisions by preparing relevant data and creating decision documents

Management of Business Partners: Coordination of Requirements of Areas, Suppliers and MP Management

Entrepreneurial thinking: preparation of evaluations for controlling the material groups, suppliers, financial statements and buyers and cooperation in management presentations

Studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Economics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or comparable ideally with the focus of procurement, logistics, controlling or comparable or otherwise acquired equivalent knowledge

Language: You speak German and English in a safe manner and can ideally introduce intercultural competence and work experience

Tools: You have a safe handling of Windows, Power-Point and Excel

Experience: Of advantage would be a safe handling of electronic media, interest in shopping processes as well as a good portion of curiosity

Communication and cooperation capability: You have a high degree of self-employment and fun to analyze numbers, data, facts and a strong communication/team skills and care

Personality: You score with a combination of personality, sensitivity in business partner handling, rapid understanding, problem-solving competence, a high degree of reliability, analytical thinking and readiness to use

Team spirit: Your high team orientation will actively implement your project culture with mutual support and strong cohesion
