With more than 550 sales outlets, the Valora Food Service Germany division provides little luck on high-frequency positions in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. The division includes the formats backWERK, Back-Factory, Ditsch and Frittenwerk.

Operation and development of Employee Central Payroll (ECP): You are responsible for the stable payroll operation and drive the continuous optimization of our HR and billing processes. SuccessFactors integration in focus: You enter the point-to-point integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECP (replication of employee, organization and time data) and ensure smooth end-to-end data flow. Interfaces, Reporting & Compliance: You are responsible for HR interfaces, reporting and compliance topics (including SOX) and ensure sustainable quality assurance and troubleshooting. Change Requests & Releases: You accompany change requests, SAP release management, hypercare and post-go live phases and ensure stable operation. Cooperation at eye level: You work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and external partners – from request intake to productive implementation. Knowledge Transfer: You carry out trainings for end and key users and ensure sustainable know-how building in the team.

Multiannual, well-founded experience in SAP HCM (personal administration, organization management and in particular pay billing/payroll) – ideally including scheme and regular care as well as customizing. Practical experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in operation and/or in transformation projects. Good understanding of the SuccessFactors integration: knowledge of the integration mechanisms between Employee Central and ECP (Employee Central Data Replication, Integration Center / Middleware, configuration of the replication objects). Experience with SAP Time Management (PT or EC Time Management) of advantage. Very good understanding of HR IT architectures, interfaces and end-to-end HR processes. Experience in hypercare and post-go live phases as well as pronounced analytical, solution-oriented and communicative skills. completed studies in (economic) informatics, business analytics or a comparable qualification; Additional qualifications in analytics, data visualization or project management are a plus.
