Produktmanager / Category Manager international (m/f/d)

In close cooperation with the overarching management of the Business Unit, you play a central role in the conceptual development and international orientation of product management within the Würth Business Unit Hydraulics. In doing so, you actively shape cross-departmental processes with the aim of implementing company-wide synergies and strategically increasing the efficiency of the entire organizational unit. Together with the management, you develop visions and strategies to position the business unit as a leading provider of hydraulic connection technology on the European market. You create business cases as well as market and fact-based decision-making templates and develop relevant KPIs to control the range strategy in a targeted manner. You coordinate strategic initiatives in international product management – focusing on the optimization of the overall portfolio. You develop and harmonize product ranges across companies – always with market requirements, scalability and economic efficiency. You standardize methods and processes in product management across all companies and improve cooperation along the entire value chain. You work closely with the departments of Purchasing, Examination & Development, Sales and Marketing as well as with the management to successfully implement strategic goals. You moderate and present strategic projects towards internal stakeholders – clear, convincing and solution-oriented. You represent the companies of the Business Unit with strategically important customers and suppliers – nationally and internationally.

Professional experience in technical product, assortment or category management, ideally in technical wholesale and with focus on international cooperation Graduate in engineering, economics or marketing Your work is characterised by strong analytical and strategic skills, high social competence and enforcement Ideally, you have knowledge in project management and extensive methodological knowledge You are strong in German and English and always meet the right sound at our management, as well as among employees Occasional travel activities (about 20%) among our international companies, customers, suppliers or trade fairs include for you
