Building Technology: You take over the development of needs, organization, execution and monitoring of tests, controls, maintenance, repairs, maintenance and maintenance of building technology. Operational safety: You provide and document all documents to prove a safe and proper operation of the technical equipment and installations. Service provider management: You collect offers, compare them, monitor external services and release them. Media supply: You work independently in the field of media supply (HLS) and take part in smaller construction measures yourself, as you are responsible for the technical availability and maintenance of our supply systems. Maintenance: You carry out repair and maintenance work on line networks and related fittings. Projects: You accompany infrastructure, renovation, moving and construction projects. Interface function: You are a contact person for internal specialist departments as well as for external partners and authorities. Internal services: You enter and advise other departments within internal services. Standby service: You will gradually be introduced into the standby service, accompanied by experienced colleagues as part of a mentoring.

Education / Studies: You have completed training or studies in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitation or a comparable qualification. Education: You are ideally master or technician. Professional experience: First experience in facility management, in building technology and Household technology or in cross-works areas are desirable. Hygiene knowledge: You have room air hygiene training in category B to VDI 6022. Working: You are a team player, working independently, solution-oriented and structured, and you are characterized by a pronounced service and service orientation. Customer orientation: With your kindness and reliability, you convince internal customers and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. IT knowledge: You have good IT skills and are sure to deal with MS Office programs. German knowledge: Very good in word and writing or Language level C2. Readiness to learn: You are interested in further education and are happy to work in new topics. Mobility: You have a driving licence of Class III (B) and bring travel readiness.
