Full-time or part-time social education specialist (min. 30 hours/week) for our stando (m/f/d)

We have these tasks ready: • You advise interested parties about our offer of action. • The participants are supported by you in their career planning. • Over the entire course of the preparatory course and the subsequent operational retraining, you accompany and support the participants. • They acquire retraining places and cooperate closely with companies from different industries. • The social pedagogical support of the participants is an important core of their tasks.

These qualifications are based on: • You have completed studies in the social and educational field • Individual case work will focus on your work and interest in mental/physical diseases. • Your strengths include patience and team skills, communication strength and humor – for fresh momentum in each group. • You are willing to work in the area of tailor-made employment and get to know the regional labour market. • For mobility, bring a class B licence.

This completes our offer: • Work-Life Balance: Full time means 38.5 hours a week. We provide 30 days holiday/year for the rest.
