MAIN ACTIVITIES, HR AND PROJECTS Full jury*in (full or part-time) Wiesbaden Professional Full time, part-time Limited employment – 18 months As part of our team, you will perform interesting tasks in the entire VITRONIC group: You advise our German and international companies on legal issues, develop contractual design options and support projects around the world through your expertise. The place is limited to 18 months.

You take contract designs and contract negotiations You advise management and specialist departments as well as members of our group of companies on all legal issues of economic law You will formulate legal opinions on contractual or business-relevant issues and take over the address-oriented preparation of concepts and solutions You coordinate cooperation with external lawyers You are responsible for the legal support of our branch management (creation of companies, restructurings, decision making etc.) You establish and optimise legally relevant processes and standards You are responsible for designing and implementing employee training You coordinate contract management (including time-limit control)

For this position we are looking for a new colleague who feels at home in legal matters and can also convey legal expertise. You are a great addition to us if you can identify yourself with the following qualifications. CHECKLIST You have filed a second state exam with a preferential economic orientation You have at least two years of professional experience, preferably in an internationally operating industrial company You are pleased to bring your legal skills into technical and commercial matters and to work with colleagues from different disciplines You can identify business relationships and adequately legalise, transfer complex issues into practical solutions and prepare them for addressing Through your careful working and proactive communication style, you drive projects and recognise legal risks early on You have organizational skills and can prioritize even in phase-wise high workflows Very good written and oral German skills as well as knowledge of English in good practice complete your profile Knowledge of licensing contract law and intellectual property law as well as in another foreign language would be a plus
