Working Student IT License Management (m/f/d)

Your mission – or, in other words, your tasks You register Microsoft orders in the respective customer environments and secure a correct assignment. You document all bookings and license operations reliably in our Valuemation ticket system. You support our team in simple billing and license issues. When creating the monthly licenses, you will participate in various manufacturers such as Microsoft, Red Hat and SUSE. You provide advice to our market units on simple licensing and contract issues. You can book and manage Microsoft licenses in the cloud portal. You'll be prudent and documenting your license activities in the ticket system. You support administrative tasks and documentation related to license management.

What you bring – besides the desire to move something You are a student (all genders), ideally in the field of business informatics, computer science, BWL or a comparable degree program. You are interested in IT, software licensing and administrative processes. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the IT or commercial environment. You've heard of Microsoft licenses and want to further develop your knowledge in this area. You can handle Microsoft Office and digital tools easily. You work structured, carefully and reliably. You are an absolute team player (all genders) and will be happy to support your colleagues in the daily business. Even in stressful situations, you keep an overview and stay absolutely cool. You bring a quick understanding as well as an independent way of working. Good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
