In your role, you are responsible for carrying out the performance phases 1-8 of HOAI with a focus on execution planning, tendering and construction management. You are responsible for the project management for internal construction measures, including time, cost and quality control. The new building and the repair of technical testing facilities are also part of your task. You coordinate all internal and external processes and ensure smooth implementation. You agree with internal colleagues as well as external service providers (e.g. craftsmen, engineers, etc.). You are responsible for quality assurance during planning and construction.

Complete study of architecture (Diplom or Master) At least 5 years of professional experience in the architecture industry, especially in planning, tendering and construction management Routinized handling of CAD programs (e.g. Allplan/Nemetschek) and ORCA AVA software High technical understanding Readiness to travel in the TÜV Rheinlands Flowing German (C1) and good English (B1) in word and writing
