Consulting and support of customers in the wood industry for service, maintenance and spare parts requests for our machines and systems Creation, detection and tracking of offers for spare parts, mechanical services and other service products Technical and commercial clarification of customer requests, including coordination of prices, delivery times and performance volumes Acceptance, detection and processing of service and spare parts orders Proactive distribution of services, spare parts and consulting along the plant life cycle Identification of customer needs and support in the development of suitable service offers Conducting first technical analyses based on customer information, images and videos Processing of complaints and support in finding solutions in technical faults Ordering spare parts and maintenance of customer, service and master data in the ERP system Creation of invoices, credits and internal documentation

Successfully completed commercial or technical training First professional experience in indoor services, service, customer service or technical sales Basic technical understanding in machine and plant engineering, ideally in the wood industry Safe handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed customer and service orientation as well as communication strength Teamability, organisational skills and high reliability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage
