Supporting our stock and new customers in the after-sales Self-employed supply and order processing in spare parts sales - worldwide In- and external appointment tracking for the smooth handling and delivery of orders Technical support of our customers regarding Spare parts procurement (e.g. by means of piece lists and drawings) Communication interface between customers and our internal departments Administrative support of customer service Support Repair and complaint processing Support and support from Mahnwesen Data management in the CRM system Designing process optimizations within the service department

Completed commercial or technical training Professional experience in the described area of work, ideally acquired in a mechanical engineering company with spare parts distribution or a service department A high level of customer and service orientation Good English language skills (written and oral) Technical understanding of advantage Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Business Central Self-employed, structured and efficient working (in the team), even in turbulent times
