Develop and implement strategies for the further development of rail transport and support projects in rail transport from conception to successful implementation In close cooperation with transport companies, infrastructure managers, authorities and internal and external partners, you coordinate project processes and ensure smooth cooperation In addition, you analyze operating, traffic and process data, identify optimization potentials and continuously develop existing and new processes, in particular with regard to digitalization. You monitor the financial processes in the railway sector, keep costs and budgets in mind and support the economic management of the projects As a central contact person for all internal and external issues relating to rail transport, you will develop solutions for technical and operational challenges together with the stakeholders. The creation of decision-making templates, reports, presentations and expert opinions is your responsibility as well as the preparation of relevant information for management Current developments in the railway and mobility sector keep you in mind and assess their impact on the strategic orientation and projects in rail transport

You have a successfully completed study in the field of transport or a completed vocational training with appropriate training or a comparable qualification Ideally, you already bring professional experience in the railway, transport or mobility sector as well as knowledge in project management with you A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working is just as good as your distinct planning and organizational skills The safe handling of operating and traffic data as well as their analysis, evaluation and processing are among your strengths You have good knowledge of how to deal with current MS Office applications Team skills, service orientation as well as a friendly and sovereign appearance complete your profile
