For our location in Frankfurt we are looking for you Project management (all genders) With our 6 branches in Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin and Stuttgart we are represented throughout Germany.

Your job is the successful project start-up and customer acquisition for projects in the Rentrausbau. You are responsible for the holistic examination and assessment of customer requests regarding user-specific requirements and feasibility. You arrange for the professional placement of the structures for rent-out projects and accompany them in the acquisition phase over all cost groups of HOAI. You conduct contract negotiations with customers and subcontractors from the first draft to the signing of the contract. You control and accompany the parties involved in the process during the entire pre-sales phase.

You have successfully completed your studies with a technical and/or property focus. You have relevant project management and construction management experience on the contractor and/or client side. Ideally, you have specialist knowledge in the calculation of interior design. You perform confidently, bring strong sales expertise and show a very high service and customer orientation. You have excellent presentation skills, paired with a structured working method and binding communication behavior.
