Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Financial accounting You keep all property accounts and bookings in mind, first write tax declarations from the system and are the first contact person for the tax office – with regular coordination on tax-relevant topics and financial statements, in particular the annual financial statements. You create payments and transfers from the system Creditor accounting You enter the entire digital billing process - from receipt to payment - including all accounts in the ERP system Wages and salaries You create monthly pay and travel expenses and take into account all legal and personal changes in close cooperation with the HR department Reports You’ll start financial reports directly from the ERP system and continuously develop them to provide financial data more transparent and more detailed Further development of the system You support the further development of the ERP system to simplify evaluations and bookings, to optimize and automate accounting processes

You bring a completed commercial training as well as professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with a further education to the tax advisor You have knowledge of tax and commercial law and you want to work deeper into the topics You have already worked with ERP systems and ideally you already know Haufe x360 With your strong IT affinity, you can quickly think into digital processes and improve them discretion, loyalty and care are a matter of course for you You work structured, reliable and independent with high quality standards
