Implementation of innovative development projects from design to market launch taking into account internal processes and regulatory requirements Creation and monitoring of detailed project plans including target definition and milestones Risk and chance management, systematic identification and assessment of project risks Coordination and optimization of the resources used including staff, material and budget Stakeholder management, close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and professional leadership of the project participants Requirements Engineering, creation and maintenance of requirements and project documentation in cooperation with internal stakeholders Ensuring the defined quality and process standards through all project phases

Complete educational path in the technical or scientific field, e.g. medical technology, engineering or similar First professional experience in a responsible role in the project environment (e.g. subproject management, project coordination, project management, Scrum Master, etc.) Understanding product development processes (e.g. V-model) and first experience with agile working methods Knowledge of project management methods (e.g. risk management, progress control) and tools (MS Project) Affinity for medical technology including motivation to apply and implement regulatory requirements (e.g. MDR) in a quality-proof manner Structured operation, high degree of self-responsibility and reliability Enabler mentality with enthusiasm and implementation orientation Representative team and communication skills, competence in the moderation and presentation of processes German and English knowledge in word and writing
