Head of the Water Extraction / Construction Department (m/f/d)

Responsible management and organization of the water extraction/construction department with the associated master areas fleet, logistics, water extraction operation East and West with a staff inventory of about 30 employees The implementation and organisation of operational maintenance and renewal measures for water extraction plants, e.g. pipelines, shafts, roads/paths/pipes, gravel filters, slow sand filters, well systems incl. associated wastewater and process engineering plants of the raw water and filter sand preparation (sand washing plants) Coordination and support of deepened checks on in-house dams acc. DIN 19700, also in cooperation with external offices and supervisory authorities. Development of construction projects, including in cooperation with the planning departments of the parent companies. Organisation of land and green farming Continuous development of the operating structure with regard to personnel and machine requirements Compilation of financial plans for implementing operational investments and financial budget implementation

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (Bachelor or Master) In-depth knowledge of water supply of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. DIN, technical regulations of water management) are advantageous driving licence class B Unrestricted suitability for work in the field Experience in the management and implementation of maintenance, construction and investment projects and experience in cooperation with external engineering offices, authorities and supervisory authorities Multiannual professional experience as building or project manager as well as experience in personnel management and employee motivation Analytical and Economic Thought and High Organisational Skill and Structured Operation Safe application of relevant MS Office products
