The Management Board of Rostock is looking for one/one for the Facility Management division, the Klassik department at the Ratzeburg workplace as soon as possible: Electrician (w/m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 6 TVöD Bund, ID: ROFM2499 30, Stellen‐ID 1335412) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). Works (operating, maintenance, inspection, repair and reinstallation) on equipment, machinery and equipment of operating technology with regard to electrical, electronic, electrical and control engineering parts Technically demanding tests of electrical equipment and systems as well as machines according to DGUV 4 and corresponding documentation according to DIN VDE 0100‐600, DIN 0701‐0702 and DIN VDE 0105‐100 Operation and maintenance of installations of building and operating technology, for whose operation a corresponding certificate of expertise is required Support for other professionals in carrying out tasks

Qualification: Completed vocational training as an electronics engineer with the subject of energy and building technology, electrical installer/ electrical installer or electrician/electrician Competences: Relevant professional experience desirable Certificates of expertise required for industrial plants or the willingness to acquire this short term Professional knowledge in the fields of fire, smoke detection, break-in and elevator systems Experience in handling building control technology (GLT) desirable Basic PC knowledge (Microsoft Office) and knowledge in the handling of measuring instruments for the enforcement of requirements arising from DGUV 4 Further requirements: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, target-oriented and safe even with increased work volume Good communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour Ability to team-oriented action, critique Good judgment Height suitability Willingness to participate in readiness Willingness to travel and to take part in (tlw. multi-day) training in the federal territory Class B/3 driving licence and the willingness to run service car readiness to verify safety Federal Security Review Act (SÜG)
