Senior M&A Associate (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior M&A Associate (w/m/d) for our growing group of companies in Germany. As a Senior M&A Associate, you support the M&A team and tax independent transactions from the beginning to the end. Arsipa GmbH is a German and Austrian group of companies in the fields of occupational safety, occupational medicine and environmental protection. In partnership with the international private equity investor Warburg Pincus, we pursue a buy & build strategy and are represented by our high deal flow with over 23 subsidiaries and over 850 employees at over 70 locations in Germany and Austria. Strategic and operational responsibility for all business acquisitions in close cooperation with the M&A team, the Head of M&A and the Managing Directors (CEO and CFO) Identification and proactive address of potential acquisition targets, in particular in the field of occupational safety and occupational medicine Implementation of corporate assessments, development of transaction structures and creation and negotiation of offers and contract documents Own-sponsored management and implementation of buy-side transactions, including coordination of all stakeholders and external consultants involved, accompaniment of the relevant due diligence areas and negotiation of purchase contracts

Multiannual professional experience in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Finance or a comparable field At least three years of M&A transaction experience Experience in cooperation with medium-sized, dynamic companies are advantageous Funded knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint Self-responsible, structured working style and pronounced analytical thinking German language skills at native level
