Cutting machine operator specialising in grinding (m/w/d)

The company's headquarters is Schwarzenbek near Hamburg.

We are looking for a machining mechanic (m/w/d) at the closest possible time.

According to a specified production plan, you define a timely and efficient order order sequence and produce our tabletting tools on conventional and CNC grinding machines. You check the availability of e.g. materials, devices and tools and ensure their provision. You equip the machines according to specifications and prepare the tools in the magazine, build them and perform settings and measurements. The quality of the workpiece is tested by you according to drawings and work plans. In case of deviations, you can carry out small corrections independently. Embossing, polishing, marking, washing and deburring of tabletting tools is also part of your tasks. In addition, perform small assembly activities and manual work on tabletting tools. You monitor the maintenance intervals of the machining centers.

You have completed vocational training for the machining mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already bring professional experience in this area. The working time in a 3-shift model is not strange to you. You carry out your work steps carefully and carry out a structured procedure.
