construction management; Full time (38h/week) & part time

As a building manager (m/w/d), you take over the technical management and coordination of local construction monitoring in complex infrastructure projects in the field of road transport and construction engineering. You can control the design in terms of dates, costs and quality according to the performance phase 8 of HOAI. Your tasks include creating and updating schedules as well as checking the progress of construction. You coordinate the project participants and are in close cooperation with clients:inside, authorities and subcontractors. In addition, organize and accompany acceptances and ensure the transfer of existing documents. You examine and evaluate yields in terms of their technical and economic traceability and support the project management in cost determination and project-related reporting.

As Head of Construction (m/w/d), you have a completed degree in engineering (e.g. civil engineering, mechanical engineering) or a degree as a technician:in and have already min. 5 years of experience in the building management, ideally with focus on road traffic systems. You are familiar with the relevant technical regulations and the regulations of building contract law as well as VOB, HOAI etc. The current MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) will certainly apply. Ideally, you already have experience in using digital tools for building monitoring, such as iTWO, DocuTools or MS Project. You have German language skills at native language levels. Their mode of operation is independent, structured and solution-oriented. In addition, you bring a strong communication and leadership skills. You have a valid passenger car license of Class B. A personal vehicle for private use can be provided.
