WHAT? ... You, to support our inventory management as Technical Property Manager (m/w/d) in full time. You are primarily available as contact persons and problem solvers of our tenants for all technical questions and secure and monitor the perfect condition of our properties.

Processing of deficiencies and damage management in compliance with predetermined processes and relevant budgets Control and optimization of maintenance contracts Control of all technical service providers in the context of object management carrying out regular visits to the property, for the purpose of recording the technical condition of the property, as well as the development of necessary measures catalogues Creation and monitoring of technical budgets Execution of the associated general office organization and administration tasks and documentation of the processes

You have a technical or specialist commercial training (engineering) and ideally provide professional experience in real estate, food retail or construction You can refer to practical experience in the handling of repair orders and in the control of after-contractors You bring commercial thinking from a technically shaped working environment and can easily grasp relationships in damage management You convince with very good computer skills (MS-Office), ideally you have experience with RELion (Microsoft Dynamics) We require mobility and readiness to travel Team skills and commitment
