As a production employee (m/w/d) in Buchholz, you work in the middle of the ongoing production process and make sure that the processes run round. The focus is on plant operation, machine operation, quality testing and bottling – clear, practical and directly at the event.

• You serve plants and machines in everyday production and pay attention to a smooth process.
• When filling, you can reliably support and keep the quality of the products in mind.
• You carry out simple quality checks and check whether the requirements are met.
• Workflows are carefully documented by you so that everything remains comprehensible.
• You look at order, cleanliness and a safe workplace in the production area.
• In the 3-layer model, you change flexibly between working hours and stay focused even when production is ongoing.
• In case of small disorders or vulnerabilities, you will be able to respond quickly.

We are looking for

For this position you fit well if you like to work practically and feel comfortable in production. As a professional starter with 0–3 years of experience, you can enter here if you are reliable and work carefully.

• First experience in production, production or technical environment is helpful, but no need.
• You are interested in plant operation and machine operation and are happy to work in new processes.
• Quality awareness is important, because the quality test is based on accuracy.
• Ready to fill and work in the production environment is yours.
• The working time in the 3-layer model fits you and you are flexible to use.
• Layer models with changing operating times are good for you.
• A reliable, team-oriented and careful way of working completes your profile.
