Organisation and support of the weekly Jour Fixe with team and project managers Control of the order system in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, reporting to financial accounting and maintaining the project status list Central interface for financial accounting, team leader and project manager Planning, monitoring and adaptation of projects with Projektron BCS Preparation of billing documents (invoicing sheets, proofs of time etc.) in close coordination with the project teams Ensuring compliance with central process specifications and processes General administrative activities (e.g. correspondences, planning, department assistance)

Complete commercial vocational training with good understanding of commercial processes Walked and friendly appearance, cooperative and trustworthy Ready to use and efficient operation Friendly and service-oriented handling in the company and with customers Process understanding and quality awareness Impressed communication skills and constructive handling of feedback Very good knowledge of MS Office, readiness to incorporate into Microsoft Dynamics and Projektron BCS Very good German knowledge (at least level C1)

This position is fixed in part-time (24 hours / week) and in two years. It can be flexibly occupied at one of the company sites of TÜV SÜD Advimo GmbH: Berlin, Eschborn, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, Stuttgart. .
