You will accompany your staff over the entire HR cycle – from the selection and selection of suitable talents to the exit. Together with our Payroll specialist, you will be able to calculate the payroll and provide data in the DATEV system – in a conscientious and precise manner. You should bring that with you: Commercial training or completed studies with HR focus Multiannual experience in operational personnel work – ideally in central or commercial Experience in handling HR software – in the best case Personio or Rexx systems Safe knowledge in labour, social and contract law Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation that creates trust Fun to take responsibility and shape it Joy of digital tools and process optimization That would be the i-tipping. routine in dealing with DATEV LODAS and experience with internal payroll accounting Active recruiting experience related to networks such as Xing or LinkedIn
