You want to get to know the world of work in a dynamic and international environment in the real estate sector of a DAX group. You support the preparation, structuring and analysis of real estate, contract and cost data. You will participate in portfolio, location and market analyses as well as in the assessment of strategic options for action. You support the creation of cost-effectiveness calculations, business cases and decision bases. You take your own task packages, for example when developing Excel models, dashboards and standardized reporting tools. You prepare complex data and facts to be addressed in presentations, overviews and management reports. You want to support our team in a varied working day.

You are impersonated and studying Real Estate Management, International Management, Economics or a comparable degree program. You have a proactive, independent, analytical and structured way of working. You are safe in dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point. You bring a strong customer orientation. You like to work in the team and enjoy unconventional approaches. You are team-ready and communicative. You speak German and English fluently in word and writing.
