You are responsible for the tax compliance/tax consulting of our clients in the field of venture capital / private equity. You actively participate in the creation and review of tax returns in and abroad. You are responsible for creating and reviewing requests for deposit guarantee and subsequent communication with the Federal Central Office for Taxes. In addition, you will take over the ongoing tax advice of the fund companies, their administrators and initiators, in particular with regard to the supervision of ongoing audits and other correspondence with the tax office. You answer current tax questions from your clients, and you'll be giving expert opinions on complex issues. You are entrusted with the training and professional guidance of a small team of tax assistants.

You have successfully completed the tax consultant exam and are now looking for a position with a long-term perspective in which you can actively and independently shape. You have already demonstrated your expertise in the field of private equity / venture capital by providing independent advice and support for smaller mandates. In addition, you are convinced by experience in taxing domestic and foreign companies and/or in the field of investment tax law. Secure expertise in national and international tax law (in particular income tax, corporation tax, commercial tax, investment tax and external tax law). You enjoy a wide range of tasks with direct client contact and you will be characterized by your analytical skills and a structured way of working. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
