They take over the leadership of exciting projects and accompany them from the first idea to the successful series production. In close cooperation with our specialists, you develop new products, optimize existing solutions and bring innovative impulses to the company. They control and coordinate interdisciplinary teams and act as a central interface between customers, external partners and internal departments. With a view to quality, economy and sustainability, make sure that our products meet the highest standards, certifications and processes.

Successfully completed technical training with further training as a master or technician (m/w/d), studies or a comparable qualification, ideally in the field of plastics technology. Practical experience in planning, controlling and implementing projects. Ability to guide teams, motivate and promote constructive cooperation at eye level both internally and with external partners. Structured and flexible working with strategic thinking and high self-responsibility.
